Do you want a fun family friendly activity? Come join us for a Felted Soap Workshop! This is the perfect activity for kids and adults alike. Make and take your own felted soap. All supplies are provided. Make one for yourself, or give it as a gift.
We will cover the basics of fleece processing, including the blending of hand dyed alpaca fleece to use in your project. Felting is the combination of natural fibers (alpaca!), soap, water, and agitation. Kids age 5 and up welcome, younger kids can successful complete with adult assistance.
Take home one finished felted soap, and fiber supplies to make 3 more. A great way to give home made gifts!
Studio is located right next to the alpacas!

The Fiber Studio at Alpacas from MaRS is open for workshops Friday thru Sunday. Please reserve your date and time 2 weeks prior to your visit to ensure we have all the necessary supplies on hand if you desire a date other than listed.
